KAMPP does not necessarily store all complete payment instrument details, as part of the payment flow may be operated by specialized third parties.

We may process data entered, recorded, or made available by athletes, coaches, professionals, and other users, such as:
- created workouts and workout assignments;
- meal plans, meals, foods, quantities, nutritional goals, hydration information, and dietary guidance;
- comments, messages, and monitoring records;
- notes, observations, and tags;
- information related to the athlete’s goals, progress, routine, and monitoring;
- content entered into free-text fields;
- names and professional information of Technical Responsible Professionals provided by the coach or organization, including, where applicable, professional registration numbers with professional councils, such as CREF or CRN.
The content and level of detail of this information may vary depending on the features used and the information entered by the users themselves.
6.5. Social Login Data
If you use social login, we may receive data from the selected provider, such as your name, email, account identifier, and basic information authorized at the time of login.
6.6. Data Collected on Web Pages and Digital Environments
On KAMPP pages, we may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, measurement, analytics, marketing, and website operation, subject to consent preferences where applicable.

- organize, make available, and monitor meal plans, meals, nutritional goals, hydration, guidance, and other food-related content;
- allow the registration and display of Technical Responsible Professionals identified by coaches or organizations;
- enable the use of professional platform features according to the information and settings provided by the users themselves.
9. Legal Bases Used
We process personal data based on the legal grounds applicable under the LGPD.
9.1. Performance of a Contract
We primarily use this legal basis to:
- create and maintain accounts;
- enable login and authentication;
- provide plans, resources, and features;
- manage subscriptions, billing, and access;
- enable use of the app and dashboard;
- respond to operational requests related to the service.
9.2. Legitimate Interests
We may use this legal basis for activities compatible with the operation and security of the platform, such as:
- fraud prevention;
- protection of the environment;

- metrics and analytics;
- communications related to the KAMPP ecosystem, provided that the user’s rights and legitimate expectations are respected;

KAMPP may offer monitoring features, assessments, notes, observations, comments, meal plans, food records, nutritional goals, workout information, physical characteristics, history, and other content related to monitoring between an athlete and a coach or professional.
Depending on the information entered and the context in which it is used, these features may involve sensitive personal data, including data related to health, physical condition, diet, dietary restrictions, allergies, intolerances, limitations, diagnoses, or other personal circumstances of the athlete.
This information may be entered by the athlete or by coaches and professionals who use the platform in connection with their relationship with the athlete.
In such cases:
- KAMPP provides the technological infrastructure necessary to store, organize, process, and make this information available to authorized users;
- KAMPP does not perform diagnoses or clinical or nutritional assessments on its own behalf;
- KAMPP does not review, validate, or make medical, clinical, nutritional, or professional judgments regarding information entered by users;
- coaches and professionals are responsible for the information they enter, the guidance they provide, and the professional use they make of such data;
- access to this information will be limited to authorized users and profiles according to the features and permissions available on the platform;
- processing of this information will occur to the extent necessary to operate the features used and in accordance with the legal bases applicable to sensitive personal data.

We may share personal data with third parties when necessary to operate the platform, perform the agreement with the user, enable payments, authentication, storage, metrics, advertising, security, technical support, or compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

- platforms and gateways used by coaches for the external sale of workouts and synchronization of access, such as Sellyo, Hotmart, Stripe, Kiwify, Eduzz, Ticto, and Greenn;

- analytics, measurement, media, and advertising providers, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Ads;
- cloud infrastructure and storage providers, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS);
- social authentication providers, such as Google and Meta;
- operational email communication services and support channels associated with KAMPP;
- public authorities, regulatory agencies, courts, law firms, accountants, auditors, and consultants, where necessary.
11.2. Third-Party Policies
Each of these third parties may process data according to its own privacy policy, contractual arrangements, and role within the service’s operational chain.
12. Where Data Is Stored and Processed
KAMPP seeks to operate with primary data storage infrastructure located in Brazil, including the São Paulo region of Amazon Web Services (AWS), where applicable. However, certain providers, integrations, platforms, payment methods, authentication services, analytics services, advertising services, app stores, and technology partners used by KAMPP may process, access, or store personal data outside Brazil in accordance with their technical structures and respective policies.

Following cancellation, blocking, or loss of access to paid resources, certain content and records may remain archived for a limited period, according to the platform’s operation and the Terms of Use.
15.3. Deletion Due to Inactivity
Archived data may remain stored for up to 1 year of inactivity. After this period, it may be permanently deleted, including workouts, meal plans, food records, nutritional goals, hydration information, athletes in the database, notes, history, logs, conversations, and other records associated with use of the platform.

20.1. Coaches, Professionals, and Organizations
KAMPP may use the name, trade name, brand, logo, profile image, professional identification, and other public identification elements of Coaches, professionals, and organizations for KAMPP’s own institutional, promotional, and commercial purposes, including on websites, landing pages, presentations, sales materials, social media, advertisements, promotion of clients, partners, case studies, and social proof initiatives, as provided in the Terms of Use.
KAMPP will not use confidential information, sensitive personal data, or private content for these purposes without specific authorization.
Where applicable, the user may request that KAMPP discontinue future use of their identification or image for these purposes by contacting [email protected], without affecting materials already produced, published, or contracted prior to the request.
20.2. Athletes
The use of an Athlete’s name, image, voice, testimonials, photographs, videos, results, or any other element that identifies the Athlete in KAMPP advertising, promotional, institutional, or commercial materials will require the Athlete’s specific, prominent, and verifiable authorization, except where such use occurs in an anonymized, aggregated manner without personal identification.

KAMPP may update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes to the product, data flows, legislation, providers, security practices, or platform operations.
